Tinting Machine Specialist (Hybrid, Cairo)

About the role

We are seeking a Tinting Machine Specialist to join our Cairo team on a contract basis. The role combines on‑site work with flexible hybrid arrangements, focusing on the calibration, operation and maintenance of our paint tinting equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Calibrate and operate tinting machines to achieve precise colour formulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues on equipment.
• Adjust colour mixes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Train production staff on proper use of tinting machinery.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational/technical training in a relevant field; certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in maintaining and operating tinting machines.
• Proficiency in colour matching, formulation and adjustments.
• Experience with quality control processes in paint production.
• Basic computer skills for operating related software.
