About the role
The Instashop Administrator will serve as the primary liaison between grocery and retail partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Account Management to support the growth of our Instashop platform.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Finance on account‑management and commercial matters.
- Act as first point of contact for vendor queries, complaints, calls and emails, and delegate to appropriate Account Management representatives when needed.
- Upload, update and maintain vendor information in the system promptly.
- Set up and configure the platform for new partners, provide training and troubleshoot system issues.
- Collect, document and file contracts, amendments and related sales data.
- Prepare periodic contract delivery and pick‑up reports.
- Monitor vendor quality, maintain partner relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Generate reports on transmission methods and sales workforce utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving and negotiation capabilities.
