International Business Development Manager

About the role

Saleh Al Omar Certified Translation (SACT) is looking for a results‑driven International Business Development Manager to expand its presence in key markets such as the US, UK, GCC and beyond. You will be responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of global clients and driving revenue growth across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry strategies for target regions.
• Identify new clients, industries and partnership opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, referrals and networking.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build long‑term relationships with corporations, law firms, consulting firms, government entities, translation agencies and multinational organisations.
• Monitor international tenders, RFPs, vendor registrations and framework agreements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform pricing and expansion decisions.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international business development, B2B sales or global client acquisition.
• Preferably background in translation, localisation or language services.
• Strong understanding of translation services and international client requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
