Junior Account Manager

About the role

Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join its on‑site team in Heliopolis. In this full‑time position you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them achieve their HR and workforce optimisation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and ensure service expectations are consistently met.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, tracking performance and renewal dates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements on time.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose additional solutions.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent relationship‑management and client‑service abilities.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple accounts.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Relevant experience in account management, sales or customer service.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and other account‑management software.
