Junior Business Development Executive (Cairo)

About the role

Smart Vision is looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join its International Events and Business Development team in Cairo. You will support B2B sales, sponsorship acquisition, and client relationship management for global events.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential companies, partners, and decision‑makers.
• Generate new business leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
• Present Smart Vision’s event, sponsorship, exhibition, and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline.
• Follow up with prospective clients and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Arrange online and face‑to‑face meetings with potential clients.
• Support negotiations and help close sponsorship and partnership deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow‑ups, and client status.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable making daily outbound calls and conducting client outreach.
• Presentable, confident, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates or early‑career candidates (0–2 years experience) are welcome.
• Based in Greater Cairo with the ability to commute daily to Nasr City.
