Junior Expert Order Management & Logistics Officer

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care's Care Enablement segment, within Commercial Operations, is looking for a highly organized and commercially minded Junior Expert Order Management & Logistics officer. The role manages end-to-end order fulfilment across several export markets, supporting forecasting, customer order execution, SAP SD processes, logistics coordination, documentation compliance and cash-care activities. It works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams. The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm with flexibility, based in the Mivida Business Park, New Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end order-to-cash activities across assigned export markets
• Maintain forecasting system data integrity and support the 18-month rolling forecast
• Ensure product availability and timely delivery in line with internal policies and medical device regulatory requirements
• Prepare and process offers, sales orders, invoices and shipping documentation according to internal controls and country regulations
• Coordinate shipment planning with Corporate Supply Chain and Logistics teams and streamline shipment documentation for customer importation
• Support profitability checks, supply feasibility reviews, incoterm selection and payment method alignment during deal setup
• Verify import/export documentation for compliance with medical device, customs and export control regulations
• Help manage order issues such as shortages, incorrect deliveries, damages and replacements
• Monitor bundle deals and related deliveries in line with accounting standards
• Manage global trade finance tools such as Letters of Credit (LC)

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Life Sciences or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in order management, supply chain operations or customer operations, preferably in medical devices, pharma or healthcare
• Fluent English; additional languages welcome
• Calm under pressure with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate SAP ERP, ideally SAP SD
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general business systems
• Import/export processes and regulated products are an advantage
