Last Mile Hub Manager

About the role

Bosta is seeking a proactive Hub Manager to lead its last‑mile hub in Sohag. You will be fully responsible for the end‑to‑end operations of the hub, ensuring parcels are received, processed, and dispatched on time while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hub infrastructure and maintain daily workflow records.
• Manage hub finances, cash flow, and monitor salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Track and reconcile collected COD amounts and ensure accurate payments.
• Guarantee that shipments are dispatched within 24 hours of arrival and meet SLA requirements (e.g., three delivery attempts within ten calendar days).
• Handle canceled shipments, hold periods, and coordinate with the sorting facility.
• Respond to hub‑related emails and resolve Freshdesk tickets within agreed SLA.
• Coach and develop hub staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual hub performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hub or warehousing operations, preferably in shipping or e‑commerce.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience leading and supervising a team.
• Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, analytical, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
