Last Mile Hub Manager – Minya/Maghagha

About the role

Bosta is seeking a proactive Hub Manager to lead its last‑mile hub operations in Minya and Maghagha, Egypt. You will be fully responsible for the end‑to‑end flow of parcels, ensuring they are received, processed, and dispatched on schedule while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hub infrastructure, financial management, and cash flow.
• Maintain accurate daily records, monitor staff salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Track and reconcile collected COD amounts and ensure timely payments.
• Guarantee smooth operational flow, meeting SLA targets (e.g., 3 attempts within 10 days, 24‑hour dispatch).
• Handle incoming emails and Freshdesk tickets, resolving issues within agreed SLA.
• Coach and develop hub team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual hub performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Freshdesk ticketing system.
