Learning, Development & Engagement Section Head

About the role

The Learning, Development & Engagement Section Head will lead the company’s people and culture strategy, driving learning initiatives, employee engagement, employer branding, and safety programs. This senior role partners with leadership to embed a high‑performance, inclusive culture across a fast‑paced tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the L&D strategy, identify training needs, launch programs, and measure impact.
• Promote a continuous learning culture through innovative tools, mentoring, and career development pathways.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor technical and soft‑skill training.
• Manage external training partners and oversee the learning budget.
• Lead cultural initiatives that advance diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Support change management and organizational development aligned with strategic goals.
• Design and run employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Oversee social media content and employer branding to attract talent.
• Develop, implement, and improve the Safety Action Plan, including training and cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in People & Culture, HR, or a comparable senior role.
• Proven track record of leading L&D, culture, and employee engagement programs.
