Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager drives occupancy and rental income for commercial and mixed‑use properties. You will design and execute leasing strategies, build strong tenant relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless lease execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Prepare annual and quarterly leasing budgets and performance forecasts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to set optimal rental rates.
• Identify and attract prospective tenants through brokers, direct outreach, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with leasing brokers, agents, and key corporate tenants.
• Lead negotiations on rent, lease terms, incentives, and fit‑out conditions.
• Coordinate lease finalisation with Legal and Finance teams.
• Oversee lease renewals, expansions, relocations and terminations.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Development teams.
• Support tenant onboarding and handover processes.

Required profile

• BSc in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in commercial or retail real‑estate leasing, financial analysis or investment banking.
• Precise, organized and self‑motivated attitude.
