Leasing Professional – West Alex Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the West Alex community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver excellent resident service throughout the lease term.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and lease documentation.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and community marketing.
