About the role
TravelYalla is seeking a proactive Live Operations Executive to oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth execution across internal teams, and maintain high service quality in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily live operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Track operational performance and prepare daily reports.
- Maintain high service quality and support process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexible and eager to learn.
