Logistics & Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics & Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in 6th of October City. The successful candidate will streamline supply‑chain operations and support high‑end hospitality projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Manage customs and clearance procedures throughout the MENA region, with a strong focus on Egyptian regulations.
• Oversee sea and air freight clearance, including navigation of the ACI portal and creation of ACID numbers.
• Source and negotiate competitive freight quotes for both sea and air shipments.
• Support warehousing, on‑site installation, and handling of FF&E and OS&E for hospitality projects.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in logistics and procurement.
• Previous exposure to the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Residence in or near 6th of October City is an advantage.

Required skills

• 3PL coordination.
• Customs clearance procedures for Egypt and the wider MENA region.
• Sea and air freight clearance, including ACI portal usage and ACID number creation.
• Freight sourcing and negotiation.
