Luxury Retail Trainee – Fragrance & Beauty (3 months)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Retail Trainee for Givenchy, focusing on luxury beauty and fragrance. Over a three‑month period you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple store concepts, supporting customers and learning the fundamentals of luxury retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product recommendations and basic selling techniques, primarily in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
• Support sales targets, product launches, merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Represent the Givenchy brand with impeccable grooming and communication standards.
• Work flexibly across Faces, Mazaya, Samir William, and pop‑up locations, adapting to varying schedules.
• Participate in on‑ground training, coaching sessions, and feedback loops.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in beauty, fragrance, or fashion retail.
• Flexibility regarding work locations and shift patterns.
• Strong passion for fragrance and beauty products.
• Excellent communication, confidence, and customer‑service skills.
• Well‑groomed, proactive, adaptable, and coachable.
