Mall Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mall Operations Manager to oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our shopping centre. The role focuses on tenant relations, operational efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan covering all critical mall operations.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with tenants and retail groups to secure ongoing business opportunities.
• Coordinate and enforce approved procedures across all mall functions, ensuring seamless collaboration among internal departments.
• Work with department heads to plan and supervise regular and periodic maintenance activities.
• Manage collection of tenant dues, ensuring contractual compliance and timely resolution of financial issues.
• Address tenant complaints promptly, identifying root causes while adhering to legal and contractual obligations.
• Ensure all operations comply with applicable legal standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain a strong corporate mall identity in line with brand guidelines.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer service and the overall shopping experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support mall objectives.

Required profile

• MBA in Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mall management or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial facilities management.
• Proven experience in leasing contracts, negotiations and tender management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
