Managing Director – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Managing Director will lead TAYB’s Gulf operations from Riyadh, taking full ownership of the Saudi Arabia P&L, key client relationships, and the delivery team. Reporting directly to the Board, you will shape the commercial and operational engine of a fast‑growing tech‑led strategic partner.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Gulf P&L with full accountability for revenue, margin and cost base.
• Protect and expand existing strategic accounts, acting as the senior point of contact.
• Generate and convert new‑logo opportunities, building a repeatable pipeline.
• Build and manage a performance‑driven commercial network of senior Gulf rainmakers and internal colleagues.
• Coordinate on‑ground account leads and the Egypt delivery team, ensuring delivery quality aligns with client expectations.
• Represent TAYB at C‑suite, family office, ministerial and semi‑government forums, navigating Etimad and vendor frameworks.
• Provide transparent reporting to the Board on pipeline, cash flow and market dynamics.

Required profile

• 10+ years in senior commercial or general‑management roles with a proven record of hitting targets.
• Experience in agency, digital, technology, consulting or professional‑services environments.
• Ability to run the full venture – commercial, delivery oversight, team leadership and P&L management.
• Strong, active senior network across KSA and the wider Gulf that can be leveraged immediately.
• Based in Riyadh and willing to travel throughout the Gulf as needed.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in Arabic (strong advantage for senior relationship building).
• Professional proficiency in English.
