Marketing Specialist – Blu EV

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will develop and manage Blu EV’s marketing channels, driving brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation. Reporting to the Marketing & PR Manager, the role coordinates internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support business goals.
• Set strategic pillars for social media content and oversee the social media calendar.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Allocate and control the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Monitor online activity, enforce brand guidelines and perform social media listening to identify opportunities.
• Analyse campaign results, generate insights and adjust tactics as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑6 years of marketing experience, including 2‑3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong project‑management and agency‑governance capabilities.
• Excellent B2B and B2C communication skills.
• Ability to understand product offerings and customer needs.
