Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical or Mechatronics Maintenance Engineer to join our screw manufacturing plant in 6th of October City. The engineer will ensure the efficient operation, reliability and upkeep of production machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical system issues to minimise downtime.
• Support installation, testing and commissioning of new machinery.
• Monitor machine performance, recommend improvements and maintain technical reports.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with industrial standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a factory setting.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
