Medical Advisor - Pharmacist (Contact Center)

About the role
The Medical Advisor – Pharmacist will work in a contact‑center environment, providing real‑time chat support to customers. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality assistance while maintaining efficient response times to ensure a seamless service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, real‑time chat assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries with top‑tier quality and accuracy.
- Maintain efficient average handling time (AHT) to support smooth service flow.
- Translate complex scientific and medical data into clear, actionable insights for customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Proven experience and solid knowledge of the Saudi (KSA) pharmaceutical market.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model after the probation period.
- Strong scientific/medical background with the capacity to simplify complex information.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
