Medical Information Center Professional – Fresh Pharmacists & Grads

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh pharmacy and medical graduates to join our Medical Information Center in Heliopolis, Cairo. The position is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering accurate medical information and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical communications and respond to patient inquiries.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure the accuracy of shared information.
• Support the clinic’s commitment to high‑quality client service.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to medical client experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy practices and principles.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not mandatory.
