About the role
We are looking for an Operation Supervisor to oversee daily activities at one of the shopping malls managed by KAD Commercial Property Management. The role involves ensuring smooth mall operations, coordinating with service providers, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise facility‑management service providers and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Handle daily operational issues within the mall, including maintenance, security, and tenant requests.
- Manage tenant relations and address their concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical problems.
Required profile
- University graduate, preferably with an engineering background.
- 2–3 years of experience in mall or shopping‑center operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Supervision of facility‑management service providers.
- Tenant handling.
- Reporting and documentation.
