About the role
The Central Ops Support Associate will help Easy Ship sellers in Egypt by monitoring shipments, coordinating with field teams and resolving issues. The role ensures accurate daily operations, contributing to a better seller and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily shipment and seller performance via calls, emails and system checks.
- Escalate operational issues to executives or field teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of seller interactions and operational exceptions.
- Provide basic guidance to sellers on process adherence and operational requirements.
- Support audits, spot checks and follow‑ups with sellers.
- Perform data entry, documentation and status tracking for operational activities.
Required profile
- Experience in operations, customer service or support (minimum 1 month).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow SOPs with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules or shifts.
