About the role
Amazon is looking for an Operations Lead to drive the launch and growth of a new delivery channel within its Transportation network. You will manage people, performance, and the operational plan to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, overseeing daily performance.
- Monitor program performance and own network compliance scores.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Program POC, DS Manager, Fleet Supervisor, Procurement, Payment, Learning Ambassador) to resolve partner escalations.
- Map business requirements, analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
- Develop and report performance metrics, forecasts, budgeting, and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- Experience in an operational role.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
