Operations & Tracking Specialist

About the role

The Operations & Tracking Specialist will join SPEED SC & Logistics in Alexandria to manage daily logistics operations and monitor fleet movements. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures timely deliveries, optimises transport schedules and supports the company’s extensive FMCG distribution network across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics activities, coordinating with warehouses, drivers and customers.
• Track fleet locations using the company’s tracking system and update transport schedules accordingly.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate reports and ensure compliance with KPIs and SOPs.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, deliveries and inventory movements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tracking systems and workflow management tools.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
