Warehouse Associate (PWD) – Fast‑paced Logistics Role

About the role

You will join a dedicated warehouse team that prepares customer orders in a fast‑paced environment. The position is open to persons with disabilities (PWD) and requires you to stay active throughout the shift, moving around the facility and handling inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory and put it away in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Load boxes onto trucks, ensuring correct placement and secure handling.
• Operate or work alongside moving equipment such as order pickers, stand‑up forklifts, turret trucks, mobile carts, and occasional robots.
• Use barcode scanners to scan product codes and follow on‑screen prompts for task execution.
• Exchange daily safety tips with co‑workers and adhere to all safety procedures.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and able to understand basic English.
• Egyptian national; no visa sponsorship available.
• Physical ability to lift up to 22 kg and perform standing, walking, squatting, bending, and reaching for long periods.
• Comfortable closed‑toed shoes; ability to work in temperatures ranging from 20 °C to over 30 °C.
• Willingness to wear a safety vest, participate in daily stretching, and use hearing protection when needed.
• Capability to navigate stairs where applicable.

Required skills

• Barcode scanner operation.
• Forklift operation (stand‑up forklifts, turret trucks).
• Order picker and mobile cart handling.
• Use of carts, dollies, and hand trucks for material movement.
