About the role
Souhoola is seeking a full‑time Outdoor Sales Representative to work on a hybrid basis from Al Mahallah al Kubra. You will help expand the company’s consumer‑finance portfolio by building relationships with retail merchants and guiding customers through our loan and installment products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers and retail merchants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to promote Souhoola’s financial solutions.
- Deliver product training sessions to merchants and their staff.
- Manage day‑to‑day sales activities and ensure high‑quality customer service.
- Support clients in maximizing their use of Souhoola’s offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and uncover new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven experience in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to train and educate merchants on product features.
- Proactive, results‑driven mindset and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with financial services or consumer‑finance sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
