People & Culture Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being and recognized as a best place to work, is looking for a People & Culture Specialist in Giza. The specialist works alongside business leaders to shape people strategy, support employee relations and help retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals and advise on workforce, talent and succession planning.
• Hire top talent, run retention strategies and conduct exit interviews to understand why people leave.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
• Guide managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management aligned to business objectives and coach managers and employees.
• Identify training needs and work with learning and development on targeted programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies, and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• An HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
