Senior People & Culture Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Senior People and Culture Specialist in Giza. The role works closely with business leaders to shape people strategy, support employee relations and engagement, and help retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals and advise on workforce, talent and succession planning.
• Hire top talent, drive retention strategies, run exit interviews and share insights.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
• Guide managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management aligned to business objectives and coach managers and employees.
• Identify training needs and work with learning and development on targeted programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies and regulations, and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
