Pharmacovigilance Specialist

About the role

The Pharmacovigilance Specialist will work on‑site in Nasr City, supporting Hefny Pharma Group’s commitment to drug safety and regulatory compliance. This full‑time position involves monitoring the safety profile of pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and assess adverse event reports from various sources.
• Prepare safety summaries and ensure timely submission to regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and quality teams to maintain risk management plans and update product safety information.
• Support clinical trial safety oversight and contribute to safety‑related training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pharmacovigilance documentation and assist during audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science or a related field.
• At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Strong knowledge of PV regulations and drug safety reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory guidelines.
