About the role
The Planning Data Clerk & Admin Assistant provides essential administrative, document and data support to the mobile maintenance workforce and planning teams at the Sukari gold mine. Based on‑site in Marsa Alam, the role acts as a coordination hub, ensuring smooth communication between expatriate and local staff.
Key responsibilities
- Process maintenance documentation, close work orders and enter data into PM service sheets.
- Manage equipment parts leaving the site, site‑visit permissions and PPE/stationery orders.
- Maintain complex employee rosters, prepare timesheets and handle HR paperwork such as leave requests and insurance cards.
- Schedule and administer safety inductions, training programmes and toolbox talks.
- Prepare operational data for oil‑sampling and coordinate sample processing in the site lab.
- Facilitate verbal communication and translate technical documents between expatriate and local staff.
- Organise logistics for site bus and meal schedule modifications.
Required profile
Required skills
- Document management and archiving
- Data entry into maintenance systems
- Translation between English and Arabic
- Basic understanding of oil‑sampling procedures
