About the role

The Planning Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling matters, developing work breakdown structures and preparing project schedules for design and construction efforts.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules using Primavera P6.
Review, approve, and coordinate schedules submitted by designers and contractors.
Assist construction teams in resolving scheduling issues during construction.
Provide guidance to the Project Manager on schedule changes and attend meetings with consultancies and contractors.
Prepare policies, procedures, and flow charts related to scheduling and construction information management.
Update master schedule weekly and monthly, and produce cost/schedule status reports for the client.
Evaluate contractor preliminary schedules for reasonableness.

Required profile

B.Sc. in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Strong communication, analytical, and coordination abilities.
