Product Specialist – Field Sales (Ismailia & Suez)

About the role
Hero Baby is seeking a full‑time Product Specialist to cover the Ismailia and Suez regions in Egypt. You will work on‑field, promoting the brand’s baby nutrition portfolio and building relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve in‑market sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Meet contract, coverage and frequency goals through face‑to‑face meetings.
- Promote Hero Baby products according to campaign strategies and company policies.
- Maintain deep knowledge of priority products, technical information, positioning and key messages.
- Coordinate field visits with colleagues, share insights and drive territory performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
- Completed military or other governmental obligations.
- 0‑4 years of experience in nutritional or pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Valid driving licence.
