Product Specialist – Healthcare Sales

About the role

INovaiNova is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join its healthcare sales team in Beheira. You will be responsible for driving medical sales objectives, building relationships with key opinion leaders, and promoting our innovative product portfolio across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve targets and manage expenses.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly sales performance and take corrective actions as approved.
• Design and implement special programs to maximize sales opportunities within the region.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Detail product benefits to medical professionals using tailored promotional methods.
• Support the preparation and delivery of medical education programs for key opinion leaders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines and therapeutic areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to provide consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.
• Experience in stakeholder management and project documentation.
• Strong project management skills from planning through delivery.
