Project Execution Engineer

About the role

The Project Execution Engineer will support international sales projects across the EMEA region, ensuring smooth order execution from the sales engineer to final delivery. You will act as a bridge between technical, commercial and contractual teams, guaranteeing that project milestones, schedules and costs are monitored and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project orders received from the Project Business Sales Engineer.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and contractual clarifications with relevant departments.
• Monitor milestones, schedules and costs, and produce regular project progress reports.
• Support project acceptance and hand‑over to downstream sections.
• Handle complaints processing and change management within the Project Office.

Required profile

• Completed technical or commercial training from a reputable university (engineering background is a plus).
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Certification as a project manager is advantageous.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably with additional training toward technician/master level.
