Proposal Writer – Tender & Training Coordination

About the role

The Proposal Writer will lead the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring high‑quality submissions for government and semi‑government contracts. The role also supports client training programmes by coordinating trainers, schedules and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor procurement portals such as Etimad, Digital Dubai and other GCC platforms for relevant RFQs and tenders.
• Prepare, review and submit proposals that meet client and tender specifications.
• Manage deadlines, submissions, follow‑ups and reporting for each RFQ.
• Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to gather required information.
• Oversee awarded client accounts and coordinate the full training journey, including trainer allocation, scheduling, logistics and material preparation.
• Liaise with the Learning & Development team to customise training materials.
• Assess training effectiveness, trainer performance and collect client feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in tender management, proposal writing or RFQ handling.
• Proven track record with government and semi‑government tenders.
• Hands‑on experience using Etimad, Digital Dubai or similar procurement platforms.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
