Quality Assurance Moderator – Real Estate Listings

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Moderator to join our Real Estate Operations team. In this position you will audit property listings, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and help improve the overall quality of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality audits of real‑estate listings to verify accuracy, consistency and compliance with platform standards.
• Review and correct listing details such as descriptions, pricing, locations and images.
• Identify platform bugs, system defects and usability issues, and create detailed tickets for the technical team.
• Monitor website performance and confirm that listing updates are correctly reflected across the platform.
• Provide real‑time feedback to the B2B Sales team to improve listing quality.
• Answer operational and quality‑related questions from team members.
• Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires covering QA processes and best practices.
• Track recurring quality issues, analyse trends and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to resolve quality‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Content Moderation, Data Quality or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
