Quality Control Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Lead to join our on‑site team in 10th of Ramadan. In this full‑time position you will drive quality initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day quality control processes and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Conduct routine quality audits and generate actionable reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve quality performance and reduce non‑conformities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and promote best practices.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and support the quality control team to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in quality management, quality auditing, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
• Effective leadership and team‑management skills.
