Real Estate Agent – Giza

About the role

Modon Developments is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its on‑site team in Giza. The successful candidate will guide prospective buyers and tenants through the entire property lifecycle, from initial tours to closing, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, explain features, pricing, and answer client queries.
• Manage property listings and keep information up‑to‑date.
• Follow up on leads, maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and review sales agreements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closings.
• Stay informed about market trends, company offerings, and the Giza real‑estate market.
• Achieve sales targets and represent Modon Developments professionally.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Strong sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial property sales, preferably in Giza.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems.
