About the role

URBNZ Developments is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join its commercial property team in 6 October City. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving sales and leasing of high‑quality commercial spaces, including the flagship AXIS Three Business Mall.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate property sales and lease negotiations for commercial spaces.
• Showcase properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Maintain and nurture positive client relationships.
• Provide expert advice on market trends and property values.
• Generate leads through networking and market outreach.
• Prepare accurate property listings and marketing materials.
• Ensure smooth transaction processes from offer to closing.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with thorough knowledge of regulations.
• Experience in real‑estate transactions and property management.
• Proven sales and customer‑service track record.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Commercial real‑estate experience is an advantage.
