About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its hybrid team in New Cairo. You will support buyers, sellers, and renters in both residential and commercial markets, delivering a seamless transaction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings and negotiate offers.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Respond to client inquiries and deliver ongoing customer service.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Egyptian real‑estate regulations.
• Proven experience in property listing, marketing, and closing deals.
• Strong sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

• Basic proficiency with real estate CRM systems and online listing platforms.
