Real Estate Agent – Property Advisor (New Cairo)

About the role

do Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent / Property Advisor to join its luxury brokerage team in New Cairo. You will guide high‑net‑worth clients through buying, selling, and renting premium residential and commercial properties while upholding the brand’s standards of distinction and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct property tours, prepare tailored presentations, and negotiate deals.
• Perform market research, comparative analyses, and provide data‑driven investment recommendations.
• List and market properties across multiple channels, ensuring maximum exposure.
• Coordinate with developers, banks, legal advisors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the CRM system.
• Attend meetings, property launches, and represent do Estate’s brand in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate markets, preferably experience in New Cairo or similar high‑growth areas.
• Valid real‑estate license or ability to obtain one under local regulations.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
