Real Estate Consultant – New Cairo

About the role

Brokers Hub is seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join its growing team in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting both residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to client needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using the company’s CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in real‑estate sales or a related sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
