About the role
We are seeking a Real Estate Loans Underwriter & Analyst to evaluate and underwrite real‑estate project financing in Cairo. The role involves assessing new construction, remodeling, residential, multi‑family and commercial loan requests while ensuring compliance with US mortgage standards.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and underwrite real‑estate project loans across various property types.
- Review borrower, property and financial documentation to assess creditworthiness.
- Manage multiple active loan files, meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during US business hours and ensure confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in real‑estate finance, mortgage underwriting, banking or loan processing.
- Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle from inquiry to closing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
