About the role

EgyProperty is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its New Cairo team. This full‑time, on‑site position supports buyers, sellers, and renters throughout the property transaction process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, messaging apps, and email.
• Present available properties, explain features, pricing, and payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, and closed deals.
• Coordinate property viewings and schedule appointments.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and stay updated on New Cairo market trends.
• Represent EgyProperty professionally and ethically at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills with a willingness to learn.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple leads.
• Customer‑service mindset focused on clear information and positive experiences.
• Comfortable using phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools.
• High integrity, professionalism, and reliability when handling client data and financial discussions.
• Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
• Preferably some internship or entry‑level experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.
