Real Estate Sales Agent (New Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for residential, commercial and administrative projects, delivering a high level of customer service and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential buyers, conduct property tours and present project features.
• Build and maintain a client portfolio, prepare offers and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Support clients through closing, documentation and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Stay updated on inventory, pricing, promotions and coordinate with internal marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or sales systems.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any field).
• Experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in New Cairo and commercial projects.
• Presentable appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site (10 am‑6 pm).
