Real Estate Sales Agent – New Cairo

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Agent role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Cairo. You will guide clients through the entire property transaction cycle, from identifying suitable properties to closing deals, while representing X Estate Developments professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads, follow up with prospective buyers or tenants, and maintain accurate client interaction records.
• Conduct site visits, present project features and benefits, and prepare sales proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, availability, and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends and project details to provide informed guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real estate concepts for residential, commercial, and administrative developments.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Effective negotiation skills balancing client needs and company objectives.
• Experience training clients or team members on project details and market insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience as a real estate agent or consultant is an advantage.
