About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent (Resale) to join our team in New Cairo. You will guide clients through buying, selling and leasing processes, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and evaluate properties to match client needs.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and close transactions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed on market trends, property regulations and pricing dynamics.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate sales license and proven experience in property sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong negotiation skills.
