About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to provide a welcoming and organized front‑desk experience for visitors and employees at our New Cairo office.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, check‑in, and direct visitors; issue badges and maintain visitor logs.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages and respond to routine inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
- Manage multi‑line phone system, voicemail, and email inbox, forwarding or responding as appropriate.
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare meeting rooms and video‑conference setups; assist with event logistics.
- Provide courteous service to clients, vendors, and visitors, escalating issues when needed.
- Support onboarding of new hires or guests as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in an office, front‑desk, or customer‑service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
