Recruitment & Career Counseling Specialist

About the role

Whitecollars, a global human resource consulting and recruitment agency, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist who will also act as a Career Consultant. The person serves as the main point of contact for clients seeking career support, combining recruitment delivery with hands-on career consulting, mainly for clients in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment specialist duties: manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and referrals, screen and shortlist, conduct interviews, keep candidates informed and maintain accurate records in the ATS or internal system.
• Career consultant duties: act as the primary contact for career services clients, hold introductory meetings to understand their goals, build rapport through regular follow-ups, provide a personalized job search roadmap and update them on applications and interviews.
• Optimize CVs and LinkedIn profiles, apply for roles on behalf of clients, run mock interviews and give coaching and feedback to improve interview performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional.
• Experience in career coaching is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work with both candidates and clients in a consultative manner.
• Organized, proactive and results-driven.
