About the role

Join Schneider Electric as a Regional Marketing Offer Manager II in Cairo, driving the success of the regional offer portfolio. You will translate global strategies into impactful local execution, shaping go‑to‑market plans, optimizing product positioning and pricing, and collaborating across functions to deliver customer value and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Adapt global offer strategies, positioning, and messaging to regional market requirements.
• Manage pricing and portfolio performance to drive growth, profitability, and competitiveness.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Global Offer teams to support product launches and commercial execution.
• Enable sales teams with product knowledge, value propositions, and customer‑focused tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7‑10 years overall experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing, offer management, product management, or regional marketing.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organization is preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
